Cristiana Giacchetti

Cristiana Giacchetti

A tireless explorer of the invisible human soul, Cristiana is an Italian artist based between Milan and the Marche region. For over 30 years, she has dedicated herself first to strategic communication and then to personal evolution, thanks to specific training in coaching, counseling, and shamanism. In 2021, inspired by her great-grandfather, Aristodemo Giacchetti, a fresco painter from central Italy, and her father-in-law Gualtiero Mocenni, an Italian-Istrian painter and sculptor, she returned to art, specifically painting, as a tool for dialogue with her invisible world, a spiritual practice that allows her to connect with the sacred that inhabits her.

Since 2023, following Italian and international exhibitions and publications, she has begun to unleash an intimate and intense artistic production. In 2024, with her work "Renaissance," she won the first prize at the "GM Mostre" competition during the group exhibition at Spazio 57 in Naples, citing "the image evokes forms, sometimes feminine, that recall Burri's informal art." Cristiana was also selected by the Sino Italian Design Center as an Italian artist for the Chinese market, with the exhibition "Alchimie dell'Anima." Also in 2024, she held a solo exhibition, "Shadow & Lights," in Milan's Design District.

Art critic and historian Ilaria Gobbi says of her paintings, "Giacchetti generates thresholds, opens portals and infinite windows toward new horizons, inviting the viewer to pierce the veil and connect with the work in a moment of deep meditation." The three words that define her artistic poetics are lyricism, primordiality, and pareidolicity, or the optical illusion of the subconscious. Therefore, Cristiana's works are reflections of her Anima, the artist's essence, unmasked and unfiltered. And at the same time, in a play of mirrors, they are gateways to the observer's inner world, symbols that reflect what the Psyche wishes to reveal about itself.

In 2025, Cristiana was among the 12 artists selected for the exhibition "Plastic is Fantastic" at the Historical and Archaeological Museum of Ploiesti in Romania and was invited as a special artist to the Respira Art Festival in Forlì. That same year, she decided to celebrate her feminine roots through a series of solo exhibitions in her homeland, the Marche, first at the Loggiato dei Lumi in San Ginesio, then at the Gallerie di Palazzo Sangallo in Tolentino, and finally, in early 2026, in the former Church of San Francesco in Civitanova Alta.

In 2023, alongside her painting, she began producing her spiritual brand, "I Faccio," shamanized sculpture pendants, which she defines as "guardians of the soul." At the end of 2024, she published her first novel, "Tre giri di Biska, un'alcolica filosofia d'amore," published by Pab Editore, for which Cristiana also painted the cover.

Her philosophy can be summed up as "words that imagine and images that speak," both united, writing and painting, by the same mission of imagining narratives beyond the visible.
