SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping is included

Every artwork on Pice Gallery ships with shipping included in the price. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout, anywhere in the world.

How shipping works

Pice Gallery represents artists in many countries. Each artwork ships directly from the studio of the artist who made it, packed and dispatched by them. We require every artist to ship with a tracked service and with transit insurance covering the full price of the work.

Delivery times

Because each artwork ships from the artist's studio, delivery time depends on where that artist is based. Once your order is placed, the artist prepares and packs the work and we confirm the dispatch date by email. As a general guide: preparation and packing takes 2 to 7 business days, transit within the same country or region takes 2 to 7 business days, and international transit takes 7 to 21 business days.

Every order is confirmed with a tracking number. All delivery times are estimates given in good faith. For EU and UK consumers this does not affect your statutory rights, and delivery will be made within 30 days of our acceptance of your order unless we agree otherwise with you.

Customs and import duties

United States: original works of art, including paintings, drawings, sculptures and original prints, are classified under Chapter 97 of the US Harmonized Tariff Schedule and enter the United States free of import duty. Your artwork arrives with no customs charge to pay.

European Union: shipments move freely between member states with no customs charge.

Other destinations: import duty or tax may be charged on arrival according to local rules. These charges are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.

If your artwork arrives damaged

Please inspect your order on arrival and keep all packaging until you are satisfied with it. If the work arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and of the artwork. Because the artist is not paid until you confirm that the work arrived in good condition and as described, we are able to refund you in full. You are never left to deal with the artist or with a carrier directly.

Payment to the artist

The artist is paid only after you confirm that the artwork has arrived in good condition and as described. This is what protects you when buying an original work from a studio in another country.

Returns
