In this work we want to celebrate the “transit”. Bardo means precisely transition, that is, a
change from one state of being to another, from sleep to wakefulness, from a state of sadness to one of
happiness, from illness to health, or vice versa. The condition of transit par excellence is that which leads
from life to death and from death to a new life. The Bardo concerns psychopompia, that aspect of
shamanism that concerns other worlds and teaches the ability to be alive and dying at the same time to
manage change. Making important choices means knowing how to dissolve “dying” parts of oneself to give
birth to other “vital” essences. The Bardo gives us the possibility of knowing other inner worlds, other
dimensions of our existence.
