Urban Jungle stages collision between organic and the systemized. Gestural black roses and a single burst of green bush push up through a scaffold of hand drawn grid lines, tally marks, and repeating O-X motifs- a private shorthand that reads somewhere between graffiti tagging and a game half played. The palette stays deliberately restrained: blush pinks and muted reds against black ink and raw paper, so the color feels like it’s growing out of the composition rather than sitting on top of it. The title points to the tension at the heart of the piece- nature asserting itself inside a built, gridded structure. Nothing here resolves into a single fixed image; instead the piece works theough vague, familiar fragments- a flower, a tally,  a window grid- that trigger recognition without ever settling into a clear narrative. It’s less about depicting an urban jungle than feeling what it’s like to be inside one: overgrown, marked up, stuctured and chaotic at once.
