<p><strong>VERSÃO ORIGINAL — PORTUGUÊS</strong></p><p><strong>REGULAMENTO DE PARTICIPAÇÃO</strong></p><p><strong>I. OBJETIVO</strong></p><p>Este edital visa regular a participação na 3ª Edição do “Prêmio Dama de Ouro - Salão de Arte”, com participação máxima de 40 artistas, que tem como objetivo promover a produção artística nacional/internacional, incentivar a criatividade e oferecer uma plataforma de visibilidade para artistas emergentes e consagrados.</p><p><strong>II. PARTICIPAÇÃO</strong></p><p><strong>1. Público-alvo:</strong> Podem participar do salão artistas maiores de 18 anos, ou menores autorizados pelos tutores legais, de qualquer nacionalidade, atuantes nas seguintes modalidades: Pintura, Escultura, Fotografia, Arte têxtil e Arte Digital.</p><p><strong>2. Limite de Obras:</strong> Cada artista pode inscrever até 2 obras.</p><p><strong>3. Obras Admitidas:</strong> Serão aceitas obras originais, inéditas e criadas nos últimos 2 anos.</p><p>As obras devem estar dentro dos seguintes critérios:</p><ul><li><p>Dimensões mínimas: 50X50cm Dimensões mínimas: 120x200cm</p></li><li><p>Peso máximo: 6 kilos para obras e esculturas</p></li><li><p>Temática: O tema é livre, porém, não será permitida obras que incite violência, intolerância religiosa, racismo ou qualquer outro tipo de desrespeito.</p></li><li><p>Técnicas permitidas: Acrílico, Óleo, mista, têxteis e digital</p></li></ul><p><strong>4. Exclusões:</strong> Não serão aceitas obras que já tenham sido premiadas em outros concursos ou que infrinjam direitos autorais de terceiros.</p><p><strong>III. INSCRIÇÕES</strong></p><p><strong>1. Período de Inscrição:</strong> As inscrições estarão abertas de 30 de setembro a 30 de outubro às 23h59.</p><p><strong>2. Documentação Necessária:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ficha de inscrição devidamente preenchida.</p></li><li><p>Fotografias das obras em alta resolução (mínimo de 1 e máximo de 4 imagens por obra).</p></li><li><p>Breve descrição de cada obra (máximo 300 de palavras).</p></li><li><p>Currículo artístico atualizado.</p></li></ul><p><strong>3. Forma de Envio:</strong> As inscrições devem ser realizadas de acordo com as especificações descritas.</p><p><strong>4. Taxa de Inscrição:</strong> Será cobrada uma taxa de 150€ (Cento e cinquenta Euros) por obra inscrita.</p><p><strong>IV. SELEÇÃO</strong></p><p><strong>1. Comissão Julgadora:</strong> A seleção das obras vencedoras será realizada por uma comissão formada por 5 especialistas no campo das artes e voto do público online e presencial, indicados pela organização do salão.</p><p><strong>2. Critérios de Avaliação:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Criatividade e originalidade.</p></li><li><p>Qualidade técnica e domínio do meio.</p></li><li><p>Coerência temática.</p></li><li><p>Impacto visual e estético.</p></li></ul><p><strong>3. Divulgação dos Resultados:</strong> A seleção de nomes dos artistas concorrentes ao prêmio será divulgada nas redes sociais oficiais do evento a partir do dia 5 de novembro de 2026. A cerimônia de entrega de prêmios acontecerá no dia 26 de janeiro de 2027, em uma Gala de entrega de Prêmios na sede da Galeria, na cidade do Porto - Portugal.</p><p><strong>V. PREMIAÇÃO</strong></p><p><strong>1. Categorias:</strong> Serão premiadas as seguintes categorias:</p><p>1º Lugar<br>2º Lugar<br>3º Lugar<br>Voto do Público</p><p><strong>2. Prêmios:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>1º Lugar:</strong> A obra do artista vencedor participará na Exposição Coletiva em Roma, na Galeria Medina, entre os dias 12 a 18 de março de 2027.</p></li><li><p><strong>2º Lugar:</strong> Terá uma Exposição individual na Galeria no ano de 2027 (data a definir com o artista).</p></li><li><p><strong>3º Lugar:</strong> Participação em uma Exposição coletiva na Galeria durante o primeiro semestre de 2027.</p></li><li><p><strong>Votação do Público:</strong> A obra vencedora participará na World Art Dubai 2027 no stand da Dama Art Gallery.</p></li><li><p><strong>Menções Honrosas:</strong> O Júri poderá ainda distinguir artistas com Menções Honrosas.</p></li><li><p>Todos os participantes receberão Certificado de Participação.</p></li></ul><p><strong>3. Exposição das Obras:</strong> As obras selecionadas serão expostas na Dama Art Gallery, Rua Engenheiro Ferreira Dias, 161 – Centro Empresarial do Porto, durante o período de 13 de novembro de 2026 a 26 de janeiro de 2027. A cerimônia de premiação ocorrerá em 26 de janeiro de 2027.</p><p><strong>VI. DISPOSIÇÕES FINAIS</strong></p><p><strong>1. Direitos Autorais:</strong> Os direitos autorais das obras inscritas permanecem com os artistas. No entanto, os organizadores do salão reservam-se o direito de utilizar imagens das obras para fins de divulgação do evento, sem fins lucrativos.</p><p><strong>2.</strong> A data de entrega das obras selecionadas é de 1 a 6 de novembro de 2026.</p><p><strong>3. Retirada das Obras:</strong> As obras não premiadas deverão ser retiradas no prazo de 5 dias após o término da exposição. Obras não retiradas dentro deste prazo serão cobradas taxa de armazenamento.</p><p><strong>4. Considerações Gerais:</strong> A inscrição no salão implica na plena aceitação dos termos deste edital. Casos omissos serão resolvidos pela comissão organizadora.</p><p><strong>ENGLISH VERSION</strong></p><p><strong>PARTICIPATION REGULATIONS</strong></p><p><strong>I. OBJECTIVE</strong></p><p>These regulations establish the rules for participation in the 3rd Edition of the “Dama de Ouro Prize - Art Salon”, with a maximum participation of 40 artists. The event aims to promote national and international artistic production, encourage creativity, and provide a platform for visibility for both emerging and established artists.</p><p><strong>II. PARTICIPATION</strong></p><p><strong>1. Target Audience:</strong> Artists over 18 years of age, or minors authorized by their legal guardians, of any nationality, may participate in the salon in the following categories: Painting, Sculpture, Photography, Textile Art, and Digital Art.</p><p><strong>2. Number of Artworks:</strong> Each artist may submit up to 2 artworks.</p><p><strong>3. Eligible Artworks:</strong> Original and previously unpublished artworks created within the last 2 years will be accepted.</p><p>The artworks must meet the following criteria:</p><ul><li><p>Minimum dimensions: 50X50cm Minimum dimensions: 120x200cm</p></li><li><p>Maximum weight: 6 kilos for artworks and sculptures</p></li><li><p>Theme: The theme is free; however, artworks that incite violence, religious intolerance, racism, or any other form of disrespect will not be permitted.</p></li><li><p>Permitted techniques: Acrylic, Oil, mixed media, textiles, and digital</p></li></ul><p><strong>4. Exclusions:</strong> Artworks that have already received awards in other competitions or that infringe third-party copyright will not be accepted.</p><p><strong>III. APPLICATIONS</strong></p><p><strong>1. Application Period:</strong> Applications will be open from September 30 to October 30 at 11:59 PM.</p><p><strong>2. Required Documentation:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Completed application form.</p></li><li><p>High-resolution photographs of the artworks (minimum of 1 and maximum of 4 images per artwork).</p></li><li><p>Brief description of each artwork (maximum 300 words).</p></li><li><p>Updated artistic CV.</p></li></ul><p><strong>3. Submission:</strong> Applications must be submitted according to the specifications described in these regulations.</p><p><strong>4. Application Fee:</strong> An application fee of €150 (one hundred and fifty euros) will be charged per submitted artwork.</p><p><strong>IV. SELECTION</strong></p><p><strong>1. Jury:</strong> The selection of the winning artworks will be carried out by a committee composed of 5 specialists in the field of art, together with online and in-person public voting, appointed by the organization of the salon.</p><p><strong>2. Evaluation Criteria:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Creativity and originality.</p></li><li><p>Technical quality and mastery of the medium.</p></li><li><p>Thematic coherence.</p></li><li><p>Visual and aesthetic impact.</p></li></ul><p><strong>3. Announcement of Results:</strong> The names of the artists selected as prize candidates will be announced on the event’s official social media channels starting November 5, 2026. The award ceremony will take place on January 26, 2027, during an Award Gala at the Gallery’s headquarters in the city of Porto, Portugal.</p><p><strong>V. AWARDS</strong></p><p><strong>1. Categories:</strong> The following categories will be awarded:</p><p>1st Place<br>2nd Place<br>3rd Place<br>Public Vote</p><p><strong>2. Prizes:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>1st Place:</strong> The winning artist’s artwork will participate in the Group Exhibition in Rome, at Galeria Medina, from March 12 to 18, 2027.</p></li><li><p><strong>2nd Place:</strong> A solo exhibition at the Gallery in 2027 (date to be agreed upon with the artist).</p></li><li><p><strong>3rd Place:</strong> Participation in a Group Exhibition at the Gallery during the first half of 2027.</p></li><li><p><strong>Public Vote:</strong> The winning artwork will participate in World Art Dubai 2027 at the Dama Art Gallery stand.</p></li><li><p><strong>Honorable Mentions:</strong> The Jury may also recognize artists with Honorable Mentions.</p></li><li><p>All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation.</p></li></ul><p><strong>3. Exhibition of Artworks:</strong> The selected artworks will be exhibited at Dama Art Gallery, Rua Engenheiro Ferreira Dias, 161 – Centro Empresarial do Porto, from November 13, 2026 to January 26, 2027. The award ceremony will take place on January 26, 2027.</p><p><strong>VI. FINAL PROVISIONS</strong></p><p><strong>1. Copyright:</strong> Copyright of the submitted artworks remains with the artists. However, the organizers of the salon reserve the right to use images of the artworks for non-profit promotional purposes related to the event.</p><p><strong>2.</strong> The delivery period for selected artworks is from November 1 to 6, 2026.</p><p><strong>3. Collection of Artworks:</strong> Artworks that do not receive an award must be collected within 5 days after the end of the exhibition. Artworks not collected within this period will be subject to a storage fee.</p><p><strong>4. General Provisions:</strong> Submission to the salon implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions of these regulations. Any matters not covered by these regulations will be resolved by the organizing committee.</p>
