Tito Vicente Samossi Joaquim, known artistically as "Tito Joaquim," is a self-taught Angolan artist from the Santa Tereza neighborhood in Viana. Guided by a local mentor in 2018, he developed his unique style by transforming dried and broken wood into vibrant paintings. In 2024, Tito enrolled in art school and won 1st place in the painting category at the WHO/MINSA mental health art competition, marking a solid step toward his goal of exhibiting in major global galleries and museums.
